1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ploints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Ploints provides a business-to-business loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage customer loyalty programs, including point systems, tiered rewards, digital badges, and influencer partnerships.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Points and Rewards

Points issued through the Ploints platform have no cash value outside the platform. Businesses are responsible for fulfilling rewards offered to their customers. Ploints is not liable for rewards not honored by participating businesses.

6. Data Processing and Integrations

By using Ploints, including our Shopify app and API integrations, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your customers about your loyalty program and processing their data lawfully. You instruct Ploints to process end-customer data (such as email, name, and order details) only to provide loyalty functionality on your behalf.

When you uninstall an integration, connection data stored by that integration is removed. You may request deletion of loyalty data by contacting privacy@ploints.space.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ploints is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
